1,1'-(2,6-Pyridinediyl)bis(3-methylimidazolium) dibromide (1,1'-PDMB) is an ionic liquid (IL) with unique properties that make it attractive for use in a variety of scientific applications. It is a low-cost, non-volatile, non-flammable, and non-corrosive material, making it a promising alternative to traditional solvents.
